After submit

What happens after I submit my RV park?

Submitting an RV park through RVParkOffer starts a private review. It does not publish a listing, contact your staff, contact guests, or trigger a broker blast. The next step is simply to understand the park well enough to decide whether a direct-offer conversation is appropriate.

Open the private worksheet >

What information is reviewed?

The first review looks at the park name, location, site count, owner contact details, and any calculator inputs or notes supplied. More detailed diligence comes only if the owner chooses to continue.

What might be requested next?

A follow-up may ask for revenue, NOI, site mix, occupancy, utility setup, licenses, septic or sewer status, deferred maintenance, staff model, and owner timeline.

What does not happen automatically?

A submission does not make the park public, list it on a marketplace, authorize local outreach, or create a binding purchase agreement.

Owner questions

Is my park listed publicly after I submit?

No. RVParkOffer is built around private review and does not turn submissions into public listings.

Can I stop the process?

Yes. An owner can decide not to continue after the first conversation or worksheet review.

Will I need to send financials immediately?

Not immediately for the first worksheet. A serious direct-offer conversation will eventually need enough financial support to underwrite value.
